There were some problems to begin with but our host was quick to fix them and was so easily reachable with questions. The home was beautiful, although light colored couches in a family and pet friendly home was not ideal. However, overall it was a great experience and we would stay again.

This was a wonderful place for my family as we visited my daughter for Xavier family weekend. We appreciated so much being able to bring our two small family dogs, and also the ability to let them play in the fenced yard. I particularly loved the details of the appliances and the fixtures, but the most fun was the Bluetooth speaker bathroom fan. Ultimately, it was a great place, and had everything we needed.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I love everything about the unit. I would definitely recommend on booking this house if you are visiting the Cincinnati area, great neighborhood. Great location, convenient to everywhere we needed to go, and met our household needs tooUpdated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Only issues would be railings for all the outdoor steps, dresser type furniture in bedrooms would be helpful, and deck screen door needs a rip repair. We would still recommend a comfortable stay at this house.

Overall a great stay. Home was clean, only a few minor issues. The back bedroom was very hot, the air vents barely worked in that room and one of the outlets doesn’t work. The backyard was fenced in so that’s a plus if traveling with a dog, but there was a pretty large gap at the bottom of the fence so would be easy for a small breed dog to escape. Owner was polite and replied very quickly, super easy check in and check out process.

We booked this house knowing that there was only one bathroom, but we assumed there would be mirrors in bedrooms. There wasn’t one single mirror in the entire house besides the bathroom, which made it hard for a group of 6 to all get ready. There were only 4 washcloths and towels and zero washing liquid to help with that, so we went and bought some. When we went outside to play in the backyard with our kids there was a tarp on the roof and junk wood under the porch. It took as about three tries every time we left to get the door locked because the door and facing didn’t match up. The kids loved the PlayStation, but the adults would have loved it more if it would have been located in a bedroom instead of on the main tv. The screened in porch was fabulous!

We came down with family to visit family in the area. I did grow up in the area. The location was perfect. The picture with the description of property is a little misleading cause it shows 2 beds in each room but there is only one.

close to where we needed to go for concert but beds were a bit stiff, great hangout areas, steep driveway and close to scary end of town but that wasn’t a problem, lovely stay

Family Vacation

We came for a short family get away but wanted to stay close to home. We really enjoyed our stay and the up grades that were provided, however, a couple points were missed. My parents were with us and are older and there was no handrail going from the driveway to the house and it was steep with uneven stairs. It required assistance getting them up and down safely. Also, while the furniture was beautiful it was not comfortable for the amount of time that we spent in the home.

Quiet Vacation Home

Property is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy the weather. The house is close to highway and plenty of food and shopping. The manager was easy to work with and made us feel Welcome. Highly recommend this house if visiting Cincy area.
