Additional rules
BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS, WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS.
1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.
2) Only ONE pet is allowed at the property. $90 Pet fee and $250 refundable deposit required. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet poop must be cleaned up.
3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am.
4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am.
5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms.
6) No parking or driving on the grass
7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this)
8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. If we find that you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds issued and or charged a fine of $55 per person per night. This rule is nonnegotiable. There is no charge for infants (Under twelve months) any children over 12 months must be included on your reservation. rules for the type of property.
9) Please do not move large / heavy furniture.
9) Water Safety If you are staying at one of our properties that has a pool, pond or hot tub the following rules apply. No eating in the pool or hot tub No glasses or glass bottles in or around the pool or hot tub. Hot tub is for use of adults only. suffering from high blood pressure. There is no lifeguard. Any water activities are done so at your own risk Pool control & equipment only can be use by technician or owners.

First of all, terrible communication with the owners, sent 3 messages the day we were supposed to arrive & received nothing back, we needed the entrance code!
we found mouse droppings in the kitchen every morning
the water pressure in the shower was terrible, the bath towels were threadbare
there were stains on the bedsheets
I would not recommend this VRBO to anyone!

We were in Mason for just 3 days, had an issue with a/c not working properly on arrival and it was fixed immediately. Hazel was easy to reach and very quick to fix the problem. House was ideally located for our needs.

Lovely home and a great stay

My friend and i greatly enjoyed our stay here. The home was well kept and clean. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and in working order. Owner/property manager communicated very well and addressed questions promptly. They graciously allowed us a later check out. This home is close to many attractions in the area. What you got for the price was great. Highly recommend. 5 stars through and through.

Perfect location for our needs.

A few property hiccups (comes with any house). The owners were fantastic to work with regarding the issues. Very clean house, bath towels smelled fresh. All mattresses were slightly different so it was nice to choose which suited us best. Got to see some deer in the backyard at dusk. Perfect distance for Kings Island and all our other shopping needs. Sound does travel in the house so bring ear plugs if sleeping is difficult for you. Non-issue for us, but fyi.
