Totally renovated four bedroom two bath home with large fenced in yard and huge patio. Quiet urban residential street with 4-5 car offstreet parking within a short 10 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and all it has to offer.
Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops equipped with all of the amenities you and your group may need. Comfy beds with upgraded linens. Huge outdoor patio with a large gas fire pit, stainless grill and new outdoor furniture.
Four blocks to quaint Bellevue Kentucky with cute local shops and restaurants.
Down the road from Newport on the Levee entertainment district with the Newport Aquarium, Movie Theatre, and restaurants and other entertainment.
45 min drive to the Arc and 25 min drive to the Creation Museum.

Great location, charming town, cute decor of house, and great room for parking cars but house needs a very good deep clean, a tidy up, and the broken things need fixed. If you have a big group and all drink coffee, bring your own coffee maker, as the mini 5 cupper wasnt enough for our group.

This place was phenomenal! It was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a large group and felt safe the entire time. The owners were great with communicating and added several amenities, including white noise machines in the bedroom and outdoor games! It easily fit our group of 8! We will definitely stay here again.!

Weekend family trip

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to Cincinnati for the weekend to go to the Newport aquarium and Cincinnati zoo. This house was in a great location to do that. We had 7 adults and three young children and the house worked great to accommodate all of us..The house listing was just as described and communication was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

We were in town for a concert. This house is very nice! Clean, spacious, updated. Only stayed a couple of nights and did not get to use the very nice outdoor area because the heat index was over 100. Great pre stay instructions/communication. If we ever need to stay in the area again would definitely stay here again. Lots of stairs but that was not much of an issue for our group.

Our family stayed here for Xavier University graduation weekend. The house was conveniently located. The area was nice with a variety of restaurants. The owners were very friendly and available for any of our concerns. I would stay here again.

Gem in River Town

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient, and well appointed. Having used VRBO properties in various states, I have to give this property an A-plus rating. The only negatives are no bathroom on 1st floor and tanks for outside gas firepit were empty. I would recommend this place.

Girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls trip. We loved it as soon as we walked into the back yard it had a great outdoor space. The inside of the house was so nice and spacious for our group of 5. We loved the decor and all the amenities the house offered. The beds were super comfortable. The house is walking distance to a cute coffee/bookstore around the corner and also to restaurants down the street. Its close to Newport on the Levee and a quick drive over the bridge to Cincinnati. Maria the property manager was so accommodating and easy to get a hold. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

awesome property!!

Great stay in Dayton, Kentucky for a holiday weekend. So close to Cincinnati and easy access to city. Charming neighborhood of Bellvue was blocks away. The house is really really nice and very accurate to the pictures. Very roomy for our family of 7 (all adults). The kitchen is great and is truly well appointed with flatware, plates, cooking needs and many extra niceties. Beds were comfortable and bath towels very nice as well. Great job making this home a really really nice getaway for us.

Couldn't stay because I didn't realized it was 4 bedroom 2 bathroom on three floors. My wife has health issues and can't do a lot of stairs. We contacted representative but were denied any refund at all so we just paid all that money for nothing

This is a very well kept property.nice neighborhood. Nearby lots of places. Literally - our home away from home! Felt so comfortable and at ease. Generous furnishings. This place met all our needs and then some!
