Charming two-story lodge in the Cotswold Lakes / Cotswold Water Park with a brand new hot tub and decking. The open-plan ground floor offers cosy living with an eco-friendly pellet stove, while upstairs has three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Relax on the south-facing lakeside deck, soak in the sunset, and enjoy a range of on-site leisure activities. Perfect for family holidays, romantic breaks, or peaceful Cotswold getaways.
Our small business can be as attentive or as distant as you choose. We have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you, which also provides contact details for the house managers who will be happy attend the property should the need arise. We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens on the Spring Lake development in South Cerney, a popular village within the Cotswold Water Park, just a short drive from Cirencester.
On-site & nearby:
• Lakeside Brasserie bar and restaurant approximately 100 yards away
• Enclosed timber children’s play area
• 10 mph speed limit throughout the site
• CCTV in communal areas for added security
