The card reader did not work. Had to go outside pay $10 to use the atm to pay the room. The self checkin doesn’t work. It took at least 1 hr to checking. Will never stay there again.

Defective room heaters in both rooms we occupied. Very dedicated handymen were quickly available, but did not solve the ineffective heater issue. They did quickly repair the defective TV reception. Communication was tricky, since very few employees spoke English, but they tried valiantly to communicate, anyway. The breakfast buffet was overwhelmingly wonderful and varied. The lobby and public spaces were unheated, with outdoor temps around 20 degrees.
