Lovely stay
Place just perfect for two. Had everything we needed. Good size swimming pool. Nice and peaceful area. Great team of people working there. Always polite and helpful.

Decent stay
Apartment is decent as advertised. Very clean and has the basics needed for the kitchen. Bathroom includes towels and toilet paper. Bring your own toiletries otherwise. Location is great if you don't mind walking up and down the hills to the beach for 10 to 15 minutes. Quiet, picturesque neighborhood. Apartment basically has it's own entrance. Only area for improvement would be communication with management. Did not get emailed instructions on how to get the key prior to arrival. Another arrival seemed to be in the same situation. Office was closed but was able to get manager on the phone. She was kind and emailed instructions right away. Later on, I needed to add an extra night due to a flight cancellation. It was a weekend and I did not find anyone in the office. Was not able to get through on the phone, or get an email response after allowing a day. Unfortunately, I had to book elsewhere for my last night. Also, could not get an answer on where to drop off the key. Hopefully I left them in the correct place. Everything was good other than that. If you are used to A/C, take note that it does get a bit hot at times. But the balcony doors fully open and you can close a privacy door that lets all the air in.

Appartement conforme a l'annonce propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire, bien situé proche plage commerçants et restaurants Et accès direct a pieds aux plus belles ballades et plages de Minorque Résidence très calme à cette période de l'année mais du coup piscine non entretenue Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement

Ne pas réserver
Pas de difficulté pour trouver la résidence. Entrée autonome. Constat : lit sale, canapé sale appartement pas propre. Piscine pas entretenu. Lavabo boucher, aucun sac poubelles. Si vous voulez prendre une douche il faut attendre que toutes la residence soit passée sinon vous n'aurai pas d'eau au robinet. Si vous chercher le calme n'y allé pas. Rien n'est isolé et vous entendrez vos voisins parler et claquer les portes en pleine nuit. Gestion des clients catastrophique.

Menorca deserves to be visited and enjoyed: nice atmosphere, good food and amazing beaches. Anabell's apartments in Serpentona are an excellent choice to discover the Island, walk distance from some of the most spectacular beaches (Macarella, Cala en turqueta, Mitjana, Trebaluger), surrounded by forest, easy parking, quiet and comfortable. Apartment is ok for a couple, less if you want to cook properly. Bathroom is essential but it makes its job. Service and people nice. The only things I would improve is the communication with the property. Apart from this: recommended!

Super Apartment in toller Lage
Wir waren für zwei Wochen im Apartment Nr.12. Es hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zu Fuß sind in paar Minuten Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé
L'emplacement est idéal, proche des plus belles criques du Sud de l'ile. L'appartement était parfait pour deux personnes, propre, bien agencé, et la piscine était la bienvenue compte tenu de la chaleur. La résidence était très calme et il y avait toujours des places de parking à proximité. Seuls points d'amélioration : le matelas trop ferme/dur à notre goût et le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de condiments de base (sel/poivre et huile). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et sommes ravis d'avoir réservé cet appartement.
