Good Villa

The Villa is in a good location for shops with a small Supermarket 5-10 minute walk and larger supermarkets 5-8 minute drive away. The beach has 2 bars, one of which sells food and there is a very nice restaurant close by. The villa is clean with a nice pool and a separate BBQ area which is nice. The air conditioning works well and the living space is good. There is a shaded area by the pool so no need for umbrellas. The villa is by a busy road which wasnt a problem for our family but might be if you are expecting to hear the birds chirp by the pool. You cant hear the cars inside the house or at night as there is good sound proofing. One of the rooms is detached from the house which my eldest son enjoyed having to himself. I would stay again at the villa as it was priced about right for our stay. The owner is very helpful if you have issues.

Casa amplia y cómoda al lado de cala Santandria

La casa es muy amplia y bonita con una gran piscina, también tiene una amplia zona para hacer barbacoas. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos han venido a atendernos cada vez que los hemos necesitado. Cala Santandria está a pocos metros con lo que se puede llegar en 3 minutos andando. El único inconveniente es la cueva en la que está ubicada ya que no hay mucha visibilidad a la hora de cruzar y es un poco peligroso, por lo demás todo genial.

Hébergement parfait malgré de petits désagréments !

L'hébergement est parfait et Serafin et Margarita ont été adorables tout au long du séjour. D'une grande amabilité et d'une disponibilité sans défaut, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Qu'ils soient ici sincèrement remerciés ! Seul problème, la route qui passe devant la maison est très passagère, donc dangereuse car les automobilistes ne ralentissent pas dans le virage malgré la limitation de vitesse (on est en agglomération !) La gentillesse et la serviabilité de Serafin compensent largement cet inconvénient. De plus, le parking pour les voitures est situé du même côté que la maison, ce qui n'oblige pas à traverser la route.

Très bien

Jolie maison très bien équipée. Extérieur parfait avec piscine, salon, bains de soleil, grande table à l'ombre pour les repas. Possibilité de faire des grillades, c'est appréciable. Possibilité de garer les voiture à proximité. Sympathique propriétaire Sérafin, qui nous a apporté des tomates de son jardin. Merci pour tout !

Fantastic Holiday

This was one of the best family holidays we have had, the Weather was great, the villa had everything you wanted including a big pool, BBQ, and was only 5 minutes from the beach at Santandria. It felt more like a home than a rental and the owner was very helpfull and friendly. I would reccomend it to anyone and would love to go again.

Belle propriété très bien placèe

D'une propreté irréprochable, très bien placée pour descendre à la plage ou aller en ville, accueil chaleureux et plein de conseils, les chambres sont vastes, la piscine grande et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le tout presque parfait MAIS l'annonce ne fait pas mention que la propriété est construite sur une route très passagère et très bruyante, du coup le farniente au bord de la piscine n'est pas du tout agréable, on ne s'entend pas parler et une sieste y est impossible, dommage et il est souvent dangereux de traverser cette route pour se rendre à la plage, les voiture y roulent assez vite. De plus le voisin direct a deux chiens et les molosses sont enfermés dans sa cour toute la journée et leurs aboiements sont incessants du matin au soir, ce qui gâche terriblement les repas sur la terrasse qui donne directement sur la clôture du voisin aux chiens.

Bellissima esperienza per un viaggio di maturità!

Abbiamo affittato la casa in dieci ragazzi di 18/19 anni e vista la giovane età abbiamo concordato un aumento della cauzione, che ci è poi stata restituita. La villa è molto spaziosa e ordinata e contiene tutto il necessario per vivere; è vicinissima alla spiaggia (non una delle più belle dell’isola anche a causa di una mareggiata) e ad un supermarket. Inoltre è perfettamente collegata con gli autobus che passano abbastanza frequentemente. Serafin, il proprietario, è gentile e disponibile.

Hemps pasado una semana en esta casa 11 personas (4 adultos y 7 niños de entre 10 y 14 años) A parte de que la casa está en unas excelentes condiciones, dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias y está perfectamente equipada, el trato recibido desde el primer contacto con Belén hasta la beinvenida organizada por Serafín, han sido exquisitas. La piscina y el resto de zonas comunes han sido más que aprovechadas por niños y adultos. Como único punto de mejora (pero no depende de la propiedad), resaltar la dificultad de atravesar la carretara colindante (en ocasiones también algo ruidosa) de camino a la playa. Pero con la atención adecuada, es sólo un detalle. Rodrigo./

Fabulous holiday

We had a really enjoyable holiday with the family. Four adults and a two year old. the gated pool was the reason that we chose the property and it worked really well. The house was really clean and Serafin was extremely helpful always at hand if needed. Supermarkets are close by, its a close walk to the beach and a few restaurants. it is about 15 minutes drive to Cuitadela, well worth a visit. The house is close to the road, but we did get used to it. We would definately recommend this villa.

Muy buena casa, limpia y confortable

La casa tiene todas las comodidades, la piscina es magnífica. El salón y las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, las camas cómodas, los baños están completos y también son muy amplios. Cocina muy equipada. La casa está muy bien ubicada a apenas 300 metros de la playa. Hemos tenido una estancia muy cómoda y agradable. Muchas gracias a Serafín, Marga y Belen que lo han hecho posible.

Perfetta per le vacanze con gli amici!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villa per una settimana in 8 persone. Situata vicino alla spiaggia di Cala Santandria e a 5 minuti in auto da Ciutadela, la casa è ben pulita e curata in tutto. Stupenda la piscina così come la griglia, per le cene di pesce tra amici è stata davvero ottima. Grazie a Belen e Serafino per averci seguito ed aiutato in tutto!

Estancia genial para familias numerosas

Me encanta esta casa! es ideal para un grupo numeroso, la piscina es espectacular, con sus hamacas y su zona de relax, la zona barbacoa es ideal para comer en familia y con espacio para que los niños no se agobien. Y la casa es increible, grande, espaciosa y con todo lujo de detalles. Encima está al lado de la playa, y muy cerca de Ciutadella, que mas se puede pedir?

Justo lo que buscábamos

Visitamos Menorca durante las fiestas para ir a la boda de una amiga. La casa nos fue perfecta. Bien comunicada con Ciutadella, con la playa muy cerquita y muy grande y cómoda (éramos muchos!) Además, les pedimos una plancha para la ropa y allí estaba antes de nuestra llegada! Muchas gracias Belén y Marga!

Estupenda

Tanto las fotos como la descripción que se da en la página son muy precisas. La casa estaba limpia, en muy buenas condiciones. Muy bien situada, a menos de 10 min en coche de ciudadela y se puede ir andando a la cala Santandria, que es muy muy bonita. El servicio por parte del propietario también fue muy bueno. Sin duda la recomendaría.

NO TENGÁIS NINGUNA DUDA EN ESCOGER ESTA PROPIEDAD!

No tengáis ninguna duda en escoger esta propiedad! Hacedlo! Estuvimos una semana en ella y, sin duda alguna, han sido las mejores vacaciones de nuestra vida. La casa está perfectamente ubicada, no muy lejos de Ciutadella Centro, con Cala Santandria a unos metros y todo tipo de servicios, supermercados y establecimientos que se puedan necesitar durante la estancia. Hay tranquilidad en la zona, ningún ruido ni nada que moleste o pueda perturbar. La casa está impecable, perfectamente equipada, bien distribuida, y sus instalaciones en perfecto estado; piscina, barbacoa, terraza... No le falta nada. La parada de bus está solo a unos metros y esto te permite visitar todo la isla aunque no lleves coche. No solo la recomiendo sino que volveremos a esta bella casa. Los propietarios fueron de lo más atentos, facilitándonos todo tipo de ayuda y cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. Muy buena gente. (Un saludo desde Tarragona). Espero que os sirva de ayuda para decidiros, de verdad que no os llevareis ninguna decepción. Hasta pronto.

Espectacular.

Recomiendo muchísimo alquilar esta casa en cualquier época del año ya que esta y es perfecta. Nosotros eramos diez personas y la alquilamos durante toda la semana de Sant Joan, esta a unos 30 minutos andando de Ciutadella (5 en coche). La casa es muy grande con una zona exterior perfecta con una piscina de ensueño. Los propietarios son muy amabes y te dan todas las facilidades del mundo. La casa esta al lado de la carretera pero no hay nada de ruido de coches ni de gente. tiene una magnífica barbacoa donde poder pasar buenos momentos. Por último tiene cala Santandria a 2 minutos andando, perfecto para darte un bañito de última hora. Yo si puedo la volveré a alquilar. Saludos!

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE !!!

Hemos estado 10 personas este verano y nos ha encantado el lugar sin excepción. Tiene la playa muy cerca (100m) y los accesos en coche perfectos, a 5 minutos de Ciutadella. La piscina es ideal a cualquier hora del día, también por la noche! Tiene iluminación y agradable temperatura. Apetece todos los días después de la playa! Está siempre limpia !! La casa es muy amplia, habitaciones y camas cómodas y aire acondicionado en todas ellas, 8-10 personas sin problema. Los dueños de la casa muy atentos y dispuestos en todo momento, nos dijeron las cosas tal cual y no te llevas ninguna sorpresa! No se ve el mar desde la casa, pero lo tiene todo cerca. La recomiendo sin ninguna duda, está muy nueva, moderna y limpia. Gracias por una estancia inolvidable!
