Villa Jeybo is a welcoming and spacious villa distributed over two floors, ideal for enjoying a relaxed holiday in a peaceful setting. The property features spacious interiors, a private swimming pool and a large terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
On the ground floor there is a bright living-dining room, equipped with comfortable sofas, table and chairs, Smart TV, air conditioning and wifi connection. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, a utility room and a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker and complete kitchenware.
The upper floor has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds. On this floor there is a complete bathroom, which will be refurbished and will incorporate a shower.
The villa is located in the Cala'n Blanes urbanisation, a very well-connected area. It is only a 10-minute walk from bars, shops and restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from Cala'n Blanes beach, making it an ideal option for those who wish to combine comfort, relaxation and proximity to the sea.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
