Villa Elsa is a beautiful villa with a private pool, located in Cap d’Artrutx, one of the most popular areas in southwest Menorca—perfect for those seeking relaxation, the sea, and unforgettable sunsets. Welcoming, bright, and well-kept, it’s the ideal choice for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, in a peaceful setting close to all main amenities.



The villa, about 115 m², accommodates up to 5 guests and features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The interiors are spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a simple, elegant Mediterranean style that immediately makes you feel at home.



Guests have access to Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available on request before arrival.

Host molto disponibile che ci ha anche dato ottimi suggerimenti sia sull' isola che su ristoranti. Posizione ottima. La casa fornita di tutto quello che serve.Purtroppo non era pulitissima e l' esterno poco curato. La piscina non era pulita e volevano venire a fare la manutenzione il giorno prima della partenza.Valuto la casa con un 6.
