THE HOUSE

The Chill Out Area:
- On the top part of the house, there's a terrace/solarium with spectacular views of the sea.
- The entire floor of the 100m2 house is a solarium.
- We've placed two sofas and a table so that you can enjoy your nights under the starlight.

The Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a 1.60m wide bed, a large wardrobe, safe, and plenty of space.
- The other two double bedrooms have two single beds measuring 1.90m x 90cm and built-in wardrobes in each room.

The Kitchen:
- It has an Italian coffee maker (screw type) and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, blender (hand blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, and cookware (includes paella pan).
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The Living Room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" Smart TV.
- High-speed wifi (throughout the house).
- 1 six-seater sofa plus an armchair.
- You'll also have a fireplace ideal for the colder months.

The Dining Room:
- Dining table for 6 guests.

Outdoor Terrace:
- You'll have a covered terrace with another table for 6 people, allowing you to dine outside while protected from the sun.

The BBQ:
- The barbecue is available 24/7, situated in a cozy interior patio where you'll find utensils and an ash collector.


THE AREA

CALA SANTANDRIA
Located 400 meters away, it's an ideal area for families with children. You can dine in several restaurants with sea views, take walks visiting the Santandría watchtower, and much more!

CALA BLANCA
It's a white sandy beach just a 15-minute walk away, with restaurants, beach bars, sunbeds, and lifeguards

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form and pay the tourist tax. . - 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation. .
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services. .
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS provided for each person included in the booking. .
- FREE WIFI suitable for browsing and leisure, as long as extensive bandwidth is not required. .
- PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS Miguel will provide you with all the information you need.

TOURIST TAX:

To cater to your interests, we have NOT included the TOURIST TAX in the price, which all guests visiting Menorca must pay, as the platform does not differentiate the cost according to the number of nights. In Menorca, from the eighth night onwards, you get a 50% discount. Therefore, we offer you the exact amount so that you don't have to pay a single extra euro.

It must be paid when we meet at the house to formalize the guest registration form, in cash and with the exact amount, please!
