Villa Sigfrid By Escape Home

Villa Sigfrid is located in the Cap d'Artutx urbanization in the municipality of Ciutadella, about 8 km from the town and 1.2 km from Calan Bosch beach.

Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, as well as the bus stop are about 250 meters away.

The villa is in classic Menorcan style both inside and outside. It is located on a plot of about 500m2 and the house has a total of 100m2 built.

Villa on the ground floor in which we find the following rooms: Living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and at the same time with access to the kitchen. It has a comfortable sofa, TV with foreign channels, free Wi-Fi for customers.

The independent kitchen is elongated and has all the utensils to cook, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Italian and capsule coffee maker, kettle, mini mixer, combi refrigerator and toaster.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third with a double bed. The 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.

The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with a shower tray.

Outside there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for 5 people and an outdoor set of sofas and armchairs. Pool and garden with built-in BBQ.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Tourism Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
