Unresponsive Host
I booked this VRBO and immediately messaged the host. I received no communication. The next day I again messaged him/her and received no communication whatsoever. I contacted customer service at VRBO who attempted to call the host and got voicemail on 3 different occasions throughout the day. Needless to say, I had to find a hotel at last minute at a ridiculous last minute price. This is terrible customer service from this host and the host should be banned from VRBO. This is at least the 4th time this has occurred from reading the reviews. I till haven't received a word from the host. I understand it was a short time Frame booking, but if the host can't be around to provide a access code with a short booking notice, they should not put in or VRBO and take my money .

We never received an email from the owner about check in instructions. The day of check in I called VRBO and they tried to contact the owner to no avail, but stated we should receive an email again about check in. We didn't get it either. Got the owners phone number and he responded with a code. Got to the property and the code didn't work. Couldn't get a hold of the owner. Called VRBO who couldn't get a hold of the owner either. Was told by VRBO that we would have to pay for hotel and they would reimburse us. We were not happy. We had seven people with us and now we had to find a hotel at the last minute. Got the hotel and the owner finally texted us back with the code. Luckily I was able to cancel the hotel. Was extremely upset about the whole deal.

Never given acces to location
We never received the access code to stay at the VRBO. We sent messages and left voicemail for the host with no response. Stayed on the phone with VRBO an hour and a half trying to get a resolution. Ended up havimg to rent 2 hotel rooms. Waiting on a refund for VRBO.

Roomy condo
Great condo! Very clean and great location. We were in town for a funeral and their were 5 adults in our group. Plenty of room for sleeping, getting ready, and unwinding. We will use this property again when visiting family!

Avoid!
Whe we arrived at our site, the key code didn't work. I made multiple calls but it went straight to voicemail. I also sent multiple text messages with no answer. After fifteen minutes, I called VRBO. It took an hour on the phone with them to get a hotel reservation. An hour and a half later when we were checking into our hotel, the owner called to give us the key code. We went there the next day. The description says there is a pool which we saw. I texted him at the beginning of the morning asking how to access the pool. I never received a response. The main bedroom was also missing the tv remote. The actual place is nice but it is a nightmare trying to communicate with the owner.

Beautiful, clean and quiet!
The house was beautiful and very clean! Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to restaurants and shopping. Only 45 minutes from Nashville! My family and I truly enjoyed staying in this house and loved the decorating and details! Management was very friendly/nice!
