You can expect a centrally located house with a view of a typical Harz house collection. The open living / dining / kitchen area invites you to cook / chat together. The house is the starting point for almost all the attractions of the Harz, e.g. B. Torfhaus / Schierke for a Brocken hike, the Wurmberg in Braunlage, the summer toboggan run in St. Andeasberg, stalactite caves, mines, shopping in Goslar and of course lots of hiking / skiing / cross-country skiing routes in / around / on lakes and mountains and much more.

The house is an old Harz mining house, which we have now largely modernized, but have tried to keep the old charm.

The open living / dining / kitchen area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is extra spacious and has a large hob so that everyone can help with the cooking. In the living room corner there is a TV for those who are tired of the day trips :-).
The bedrooms are upstairs.
The house has two garages, one of which is used for equipment. So there are also the cushions for the garden furniture and grill. Etc. As well as space for bicycles or sports equipment.

Schöne urige Harzer Unterkunft. Unser Wochenende war super. Die Wände waren wirklich sehr tief. Wir ü190cm großen Menschen hatten alle Probleme. Leider war die Tischtennisplatte nicht vort Ort, doch der Nachbar hat wunderbar ausgeholfen. Gute, schnelle Kommunikation.

Schöne Zeit für Familientreffen
Wir haben die Zeit in Clausthal-Zellerfeld sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Janina war super, sehr schnelle Antworten. Zur Beschreibung des Hauses ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Lediglich zur Ankunft hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das Haus schon ein bisschen angeheizt gewesen wäre. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde es aber dann warm.

Wir hatten das Objekt für ein Familienwochendende gebucht. Buchung, check in etc. ohne Probleme, Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen dem Objekt. Der untere Wohnbereich sehr schön renoviert, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Eingangsbereich und erste Stock noch im "original" Zustand aber OK. Soweit alles gut. Dann die böse Überraschung: exakt in der von FeWo gegebenen Frist von 14 Tagen wird uns per Portal plump mitgeteilt, das ein Schaden im WC festgestellt wurde und dafür Zusatzkosten von veranschlagt werden (direkte Abbuchung von Kreditkarte). Es gab keine verherige Kommunikation. Auf Rückfrage wurde dieses mit dem Urlaub der Verwalterin begründet. Nur mit Ihr haben wir nach unserer Abreise sowohl über das Portal als auch über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Kein Wort zum Schaden. Zudem muss jemand den Schaden im Protal nach unserer Abreise eingegeben habe - keine persönliche Nachricht an uns! Das ist extrem ärgerlich, da nach Rücksprache keiner der Familie den Schaden bemerkt hat. Das wird uns aber auch noch unterstellt, da das herausgebrochene Teil verschwunden ist. Nach weiterer Rückfrage and Anforderung einer ausführlichen Dokumentation für Versicherungszwecke nach vier Woche keine klare Rückmeldung. Auch von Seiten des Portals keine Rückmeldung hinsichtlich der Reklamation. Fazit: nie mehr diese Platform, nicht mehr diese Wohung (gibt ja Auswahl) und nur noch mit persönlicher Übergabe! Alles in allem SCHADE

Gemütliche Unterkunft
In der Unterkunft hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es unverzüglich nachgereicht (Bio-Ethanol für Kamin). Eine top Küchenausstattung, sowie Kleinkinderausstattung (Hochstuhl, Bett, Maltisch). Ausreichende Bettenanzahl und sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation. Die Stehhöhe in der oberen Etage ist für große Menschen etwas niedrig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Gerne wieder.
