The cottage is one block from the lake, close to 2 marinas, the Farmhouse Market, and Waterfall Country Club. It's minutes from downtown Clayton's adorable historic Main Street. The cottage is also a convenient drive to the beautiful mountain towns of Alpine Helen, Highlands, and Hiawassee.

Charming Little House
We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed this home. Melissa was awesome and super helpful. The house has anything you would need. We loved the big porch and firepit area. Easy drive to town.
