Family Friendly and Spacious!

Albeit brief, our two nights at the cabin was excellent! To be honest, we spent the majority of our time at a lodge nearby attending a wedding and festivities so we used the cabin more for sleeping. That said, the washer and dryer were a plus and the kitchen was fully equipped. A family with young kids would certainly have a good time here and be comfortable. Two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) are always a plus! The master bedroom with the king is upstairs which is nice for privacy. The king bed and the queen bed had unique bed frames that were beautifully carved logs to match the theme but in practical use made it difficult for my elderly father to get in and out of bed. Keep that in mind and use the step stool under the sink in the master bedroom. No issues with communication or check in and it’s close enough to Cle Elum that you can skip the provided coffee and go into town to Lum’s for some AMAZING coffee instead. Gas fireplace, cable TV, and all the creature comforts of home!

Great time

The cabin was pretty much just like the listing said. There were a couple of drawers in the kitchen that could have been cleaned out a little better as there was crumbs and stuff in them but I know these places don’t get deep cleaned every time, the only other thing that I thought odd was that there was not a keurig. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was well stocked

Stargazing in Cle Elum

We loved the isolation of the property and the ability to star gaze. We did enjoy our stay, however we would recommend clearer instructions on how to use the lock on the front door. It locked us out one afternoon and we had to call for assistance. Also wine glasses would have been appreciated. All that was there were martini glasses.

Nice property with a few minor needs

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Crossing. It was a nice cabin in a beautiful location just south of Cle Elum. We did have a few minor concerns that could be addressed with housekeeping and maintenance. Most importantly, a majority of the towels and a few of the pillow shams had brown stains on them. Not sure what the stains were but it looked like it could have been old blood. In addition, there was an ongoing leak under the sink that appeared to coming from the garbage disposal. Otherwise it was a well appointed cabin and we'd recommend it if your group is around 6 adults. Thanks again for a nice weekend.

This place was perfect. 3 great bedrooms and two baths, all we needed with fully stocked kitchen too. So glad the bear hanging on the wall was actually not really there, yay! There is also a small coffee pot there now so that's excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was perfect size for four adults. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Cabin is in a nice quiet development with lots of space between neighbors.

Beautiful Cabin-Poor cleaning and service

The Cabin and furnishings I would give 4.5 stars. It is beautifully appointed with lodge pole furnishings. Wifi, TV's, pans, spices to use. I dropped a half star because there are no robe or towel hooks in the bathrooms so your cloths and clean towel were on the floor. Also, the adirondack chairs are wobbly and need to be replaced. Sadly, the cleaning maintenance was sub-par. The propane tank was empty on the greasy grill. Management agreed to bring out full tank the next afternoon and did not. We ended up grilling indoors both nights and setting off the smoke detectors! This was a big inconvenience. Counters had not been thoroughly wiped down, deck was grimy and dusty, patio had not been swept a while. Fireplace stones were dusty and full of cobwebs. One web swooped down in front of the tv screen. For the price, I expected the cleaning and service to match the cabin.

We liked the stay

My family and I stayed here for 2 days. We loved it. It was clean. It was beautiful outside. They have lots of table games. Beds were comfortable. We liked wood decor inside the house. They added extra shampoo and body wash. A little note for the owner, locker in downstairs bathroom doesn’t work properly and needs to be fixed.Also, it would be nice to have a coffee maker . But other than that we liked it and it’s good for the price.

Great place for a Christmas getaway.

We love this place, loved all the wildlife. The beds are super comfy! A very homey place! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the garbage from the previous renter's was still in the can so we had to take ours back with us. Overall, we has a absolutely wonderful experience.
