The Main Home has 3 Private Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is ready for all your cooking and serving needs. The open concept living area boasts enough space for the whole group to enjoy the fireplace and watch TV, with a convenient half bath. The detached Bunkhouse offers a second kitchen, full bath and 2 bunk beds. There is a private hot tub, firepit and game room for maximum entertainment. An EV Charger. No Pets.

The Space:
Located in Cabins at the Farm, one of the most desired Suncadia Neighborhoods, this newly completed masterpiece is ready for fun. The Main Home has 4 spacious bedrooms. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen is ready for all your cooking and serving needs. The open concept living area boasts enough space for the whole group to enjoy the fireplace and watch TV, with a convenient half bath. The detached Bunkhouse offers a second kitchen, full bath and 2 bunk beds.

This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Suncadia Resort charges a FEE for these services that our Guests do not pay.

Cabins at the Farm is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort. Take in the fresh air and unwind! Suncadia is a true gem in the Pacific Northwest offering over 6000 forested acres of Mountain Paradise, just 80 miles East of Seattle. The Lodge great room offers stunning views, friendly staff, refreshments and gourmet bites. You will find two 18 Hole Golf Courses, miles of hiking trails for all abilities and endless activities nearby. If you need referrals for motor toy or boat rentals, fishing guides or local dining options, our Team will be happy to help, please ask!

Getting Around:
We encourage you to book your activities as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Our area is a busy destination for recreation travelers and it is often difficult to get a dining reservation or tee time without planning ahead. Please let us know if we can assist or provide contact information for any planned activities at the time you make your reservation.

Other Things to Note:
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 20 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. We will do our best to reschedule your trip at a later date, subject to availability and rate restrictions.

Damage Protection
We do not require a Damage Deposit Because Our Clean Fee includes TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

This host / home is amazing! Kindness is unmatched, the home was ready for us and very clean and spacious. I will definitely refer our friends and we will stay again. It was the best weekend getaway for our family! Property is exactly as described.

Good for short trip to Suncadia
Great location in Suncadia. The host was not able to provide early check in. In fact, check in was actually 20-30 minutes late. The house was clean and spacious. Great for a group. 4 parking spots in front of the house. Bring sleeping masks because not all bedroom windows have blinds - the light from houses next door and also in the morning will wake you.

New Year's Weekend Getaway
The property was very new and in great shape! The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and appliances. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we noted was that the bedside tables could use some lamps to enable reading in the evenings.

Poor customer service
I will give credit where credit is due. The house was amazing and clean. We love suncadia. However, I wouldn’t rent this place during the winter. We weren’t able to check in on time due to “mother Nature” as the host stated. Mind you, we drove 2 hours in 2 vehicles to get there and hand no issues. Instead of being compensated for a late check in, the host Lisa was rude and not accommodating. She was argumentative and said that they don’t compensate due to Mother Nature. So in a nut shell, the customer still has to pay for a late check in and are responsible for Mother Nature. I my opinion I don’t believe that the customer should take the hit for “Mother Nature” as we are paying for a particular check in/checkout time. It should be the owner that is profiting to take the hit. If I didn’t have to deal with a rude host and was compensated at the beginning instead of having the host ague with me, I would have given this place 5 stars.

Brand new accommodation
This property is like new, so no surprise that it was immaculately clean and well sourced. King beds were very comfortable… each of the three large rooms have a full en-suite! We did some cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We certainly have this property on our return list.

Amazing Cabin Getaway
A group of 9 friends and I enjoyed this luxury cabin for a girls weekend in August. The house is massive, the beds are comfortable, and the hot tub is an added bonus. I will be coming back here many more times! Absolutely no complaints.
