The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any COLORED beach towels, kitchen towels and makeup cloths in the wash and start the cycle. No need to strip the beds.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. There are dishwasher pods underneath the sink. Remove or throw out all perishable foods.
Put all water toys back in shed if used, lock shed and place shed keys back on loon hook by front door. Close and lock all windows, lock back sliding door and front door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
