The Living room, Kitchen and Master Suite have Panoramic views of the Lake and Mount Konocti. Large shaded, covered, gated patio overlooking the Lake. Webber Kettle BBq, Boat to restaurants, travel to wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. Always updated Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage and a second refigerator.

Garbage pickup is Friday morning. Put cans out on street when you leave or Thursday night.
Be sure dock is up and out of the water. Ramp to lower dock should be level
