There was a hockey team staying at the hotel. I was upgraded to be moved to a quieter room. They seemed extremely concerned that i get a good sleep; which I did, and appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed during my stay. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was well organized and pleasant. We think that the rooms have been renovated since our stay here last year. Everything was clean and bright. I especially loved the shower head - very gentle. The full breakfast voucher at the hotel restaurant was great!

Horrible experience. Zero sound proofing for the door to the hallway. People were screaming in the hallways, a dog barked from 1 am -6am called the desk didn't know if they did anything. Had to book a different hotel for the second night. Was not offered any sort of refund or any compensation for the horrible experience. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Booked a 1 bed and he changed it to a 2 bed room. Did not feel comfortable there. Bed was very hard, the heating unit made a loud squealing noise so we couldn't even have the heater on. Owner did not care about our complaints and pushed it off like it was nothing.

Clean and comfortable room. Great service and great breakfast too. No hot tub but really nice deep bath tub! Unfortunately there were people coming and going all night so we heard doors and suitcases and talking. And a dog barking in the hallway at 5:45 am until after 6 😩. Might be a good idea to bring earplugs.
