Clean and up to date. Everything was on point from the pool to the workout room to breakfast. However, the staff is absolutely the best part of this hotel. Professional, Friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is in good shape, newer. Carpet in the rooms need some attention. The shower in the room with a king bed leaks water all over the floor. If you’re short, like me, you can’t reach the shower head to adjust it so the water sprays all over. Balcony is great but useless without a screen to enjoy the fresh air. A little high priced overall but would stay again in a pinch. Busy area.

We'll Be Back!

I have stayed at other hotels in Cleveland over the past couple of years to visit my mom. Comfort Suites in Brunswick was more reasonable and stay was great. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely plan on staying at the hotel when we return to Cleveland in November.
