Toilet was broken moved rooms the next day. Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub wasn’t hot until after noon the second day. Rooms were clean. But the pool room and bathrooms by pool were disgusting. Asked for money off or free night the next time and lady at desk acted like the money was coming out of her pocket..sad

The staff was amazing. The room was adequate. However, the mattress was lumpy to the point where there was a divot in the mattress itself, and the tub was less than ideally clean (stains that may have been difficult to get out). The rest of the room was fine and I cannot praise the staff enough.

Beautiful room, friendly staff. We visited with our family in the comfortable living room area until quite late at night and no one reminded us of the time or asked us to leave. We were so grateful to have a place to be together. Our stay was a very nice experience.

Most hotels have coffee in lobby, but this one has a Starbucks. So I had to pay $5 for a cup of coffee. I will not stay in a Courtyard by Marriott again. Marriott lost me as a customer for the cost of a cup of coffee. Congratulate whatever executive responsible for this for their good business decision, travellers have very many hotel choices.

Nice cleaning staff. Large room with large counter and extra sink was helpful for our long stay. My sister‘s room Wi-Fi did not work and the TV did not work and when she asked the front desk about moving rooms, one particular staff person was rude about it. They did eventually let her move rooms.
