When I checked in at 4 PM, the hotel lost all power. It was my birthday. I tried to get in contact with someone through Expedia cause that’s what they told me to do at the front desk cause they had no control because I was using a third-party, I sat and tried to contact you guys through chat, and it just have given me the runaround. There was honestly no way that I could find another hotel at the drop of the time that minute there was no heat no lights and starting getting cold in Cleveland Ohio yesterday the weather was only 18° so I got pretty cold here real fast and there was really nothing for the hotel to do to accommodate me my day was horrible and I would like a total refund. It’s my birthday and it was horrible.I would like a refund

Very dissatisfied when the TV does not work, room change is the solution, then I'm asked to go down and get the keys. Same request when left with no towells. Staff was generally nice after those requests especially @ breakfast bar. Noisey barn doors for poorly lit bath provided no privacy.
