The rate was the best thing about this property, everything else was a P.O.S. The pictures on line was not what the hotel looked like today. It was run down, bathroom ceiling was water stained and falling down, tub looked like it had been painted, the toilet was too big for the space and not secured to the floor, we had to rotate the toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Mini fridge & microwave was dirty. The security door latch was broken off we put a chair up to the door. 2 coffee makers with no carafes, neither 1 of them worked, No hair dryer, facial tissues, no ice bucket but the front desk gave us a garbage bag to put ice in. Travelocity should be a shame of yourself for having this dump under your name!!

This was the worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. The tub was filthy-the smoke detector hanging by the wires-the door lock half unscrewed-no trash basket in the room-huge hole in the bedspread-tv remote missing the battery cover. The sheets and towels WERE clean so I stayed and I was tired. This has turned me off of Quality Inns.

The sheets were dirty, the outlets didn’t work, bathroom was not cleaned, no trash can, remote didn’t work, front desk was rude in the morning, we called for longer checkout time twice before we checked in on reserved date and know problem till Saturday morning and woman through a fit and said we could not stay later.
