Great property for family

Visited with my kids and grandson. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Great yard for relaxing and for 2 year old to run around. Plenty of space inside as well. Easy access to I-90, but nice and quiet.

This house is perfectly located! It is near my daughter's wedding venue and her home. The house is large enough for the bride's family to stay together! There are three large areas we could gather to talk, watch TV and play games. There is a large selection of movies to enjoy!

Great house, great host

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, it was clean and there was enough room for all of us. We were in town from Canada to spend the thanksgiving weekend with our family who came in from all corners of the US. Penny was extremely accommodating when our plans to have Thanksgiving dinner at another location fell through., she allowed us to hold it at the house and it worked out perfectly! We really enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely thrilled by our stay at the Avon property. The host went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as could be. The house was spotless, with plenty of space to relax and visit. The beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find, with a number of additional activities in the area. Would absolutely stay here again! 5-stars in every category!

Large Avon property

I have stayed at a couple of Hans and Penny's properties in Avon, and they have both been great. Homes are well cared for and well stocked and hosts are very quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. We particularly loved this large property . The size of the yard was so great for our little dogs and us adults to stroll around. And nibbling sweet concord grapes from the grapevines at the back of the property was delicious. The location is on a busy street, but the house is set far back from the street so not a problem. And so convenient to all shopping and many restaurants. We will definitely be back as we try to come to Avon a couple times a year to visit family.

The Best Getaway for a Group

We had people coming into town from all over and needed multiple bedrooms. This house had that PLUS multiple living spaces where we could all spread out and enjoy the time together without feeling too crowded. Amazing!

This house was perfect! It has several living spaces so there was plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. It was well stocked and the host even left a basket of eclipse themed goodies. So cute! It is well decorated and there are tons of DVDs, games, and puzzles. There are grocery stores very close for snacks. The host left a binder with everything in the area you could need. We will totally stay here again the next time we visit Cleveland!
