The room was shabby with peeling paint and water stains. There was no lamp on the desk and no shower curtain in the bathroom. Really?

The checkin was good. The room was ok. Some of the towells were not white anymore. The morning breakfast included a coffee and a grab and go bag with a cookie oat bar apple juice and a tube of yogurt....( not like it was 3 years ago). The room was not cleaned or bed made on the second day there.
The best thing about the hotel was its proximity to the LONE PINE TAVERN...Great place to eat and drink....

Quick check in, i Heard everything in the next room, had to call the front desk, my room was booking and paid for by through Travelocity the attendant behind the counter said that he needed the original card I used to book the room and they put two night stay on my debit card which tapped into my gas money to get home. I let Travelocity know what happened and they took care of it for me. I called the Hotel to tell them that I caught them stealing and all the man said was that it was a human error and I told him he shouldn't even had to run my card for anything and he said have a nice day Maam and hung up on me. They don't want people to know that I caught them taking money from unsuspecting people who work hard for their money. Room was clean and friendly staff but watch your money!!!

When I arrived, the parking lot was barely snow plowed. It was slippery and not welcoming. In addition, when I open the door to the lobby there were towels thrown about the floor and I was ignored by the counter service person. She was nice when checking me in however. When I arrive to the room, the door barely worked and did not shut properly. The remote was broken, there was no toilet paper or tissues, the alarm clock was not plugged in, and the heat and air-conditioning did not work. There was also a distinct smell in

I am sorry that we did not meet the expectations. The day it snowed was a Christmas day and snow plough were coming in later as it was going to snow all day till sat.
Sorry that you were not acknowledged by the front desk clerk. And this has been brought to their attention

I like that is was close to the softball fields and we were in the area for a tournament. We were not in the room long but clean and economical. And this was our second stay there. What I did not like was that the doors were very tight might them hard to close and therefore noisy.
