My room was dirty. There were toe nail clippings on the floor, bottle caps on the floor, and hair on the shower walls. The floor was slippery from them mopping it with dirty water.

It was clean. Smelled like lemon cleaning products. Very basic. My only complaint is the lack of a hair dryer and mini coffee pot.

Very disappointed in overall appearance. Use to be well kept up as a Fairfield inn years ago. My non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Upset no microwaves in room. The ice machine was out of order on third floor so you'd have to go down to lobby for ice. I stayed Fri - Monday and no housekeeping was done.
