Situated against the stunning backdrop of the Grand Mesa, Mount Garfield, and the Colorado River, our three-story barn offers a panorama that will leave you breathless. Immerse yourself in nature as you relax amidst lush peach trees, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

As you step into our barn, you'll be greeted by a seamless blend of modern luxury and rustic charm. The first floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and an inviting dining area. A half bath and laundry area add to the convenience. The private covered porch at the front entrance beckons with a fire pit, perfect for those intimate evenings.

Ascend the enchanting three-story spiral staircase to discover the treasures that await on the upper floors. The second floor is home to a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom. Step onto your private deck, complete with an outdoor tub, for a truly indulgent experience.

A second master bedroom awaits on the same level, offering two queen beds and another full bathroom. The third floor hosts the grand master suite with a king-sized bed, two built-in twin beds, a half bath, and an expansive private deck – the ideal spot to soak in the mesmerizing views.

Outdoor enthusiasts will revel in the three private decks, each boasting its own unique charm. Whether you're unwinding in the outdoor tub, gathering around the firepit, or sizzling up a feast on the grill, these spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

It's not just a stay; it's an experience. Revel in the luxury of having the entire house at your disposal. Please note that our barn is located on a working farm, surrounded by peach orchards and cows. While you're welcome to enjoy the barn and its immediate surroundings, wandering into the lower property or orchard during the season is restricted.

For your comfort, we accommodate groups of up to seven people at our base rate, with an additional charge of $50 per person per night for larger groups.

Absolutely gorgeous property inside and out! The place had everything needed inside. We had plenty of space inside and out for our group. Very comfortable, clean, and even quiet for a working farm. The firepit was an added delight! Check in was so simple. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to this area to stay here.

This is a fabulous property! The beds, towels and room sizes are wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied. Palisade is a fantastic place to unwind, visit wineries and relax.

Beautiful, clean space with options for rest, relaxation and fun. I cannot express how wonderful this location is; a peach farm, beautifully maintained and cared for. There were 8 of us (note, any guests over 7 require and additional fees), and we all felt that we had personal space as well as space to be together. We were there for a bachelorette party, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. My top highlights are the claw foot tub on the deck, watching the shooting stars from the top deck, the barn cat Millie, and hearing the sounds of an active orchard.10/10 would recommend and will absolutely stay here again.

Second stay at our new favorite vacation rental in Palisade

Our second stay at "The Barn" was just as nice as the first. The beautiful views and peaceful location are hard to beat. It was cold this trip and we really appreciated the individual temperature control in each bedroom. Like last time, the house was spotless and still feels brand new. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful stay in Palisade

Loved The Barn at Taylor farms. Spent 5 days in late December. Spent some time skiing/snowboarding at Powderhorn. The place was immaculate and communication with Sheri was flawless. Absolutely beautiful views and loved the quaint downtown of Palisade. Book with confidence. A hidden gem.

Wedding party accommodations

This was an ideal place to house a number of people who came from out of town for our wedding. There was ample room for people to spread out and get some alone time, but also a wonderful open kitchen and living room for gathering and spending time together. It had everything we needed and was just beautiful. I highly recommend!

A perfect girls trip getaway

This property was absolutely stunning. The rooms were very spacious, it was spotless and had the most beautiful views from the rooftop patio. The pictures do not do it justice. Sheri was also very communicative and even offered to have her team help us with a flat tire we noticed when we were checking out. This will be my go-to place to stay in Palisade!
