Stayed here for 4 nights during Christmas week. Room and halls were clean and quiet. There was a snowstorm one overnight (7") but the parking lot was plowed repeatedly and my car (a small SUV) was not stuck in its parking spot. Front desk personnel were personable and friendly. I only had breakfast one morning and it was the standard hotel fare at this $ range: very basic but kept clean. As I have family in the area, I will definitely book again.

The bed was relatively uncomfortable and the breakfast options were very limited. Also, the person working in the breakfast area was observed to touch food items without any gloves on, an at one point was observed dropping bagels on the floor and picked them up, taking them back to the storage room and placing them back with the good food items

Breakfast was very good. The pans that heat the foot could be hotter, food tended to cool off very quickly, and the toaster was really slow. Otherwise, a good variety, clean, and well-kept.

This is my favorite hotel in the area, close enough to all shopping and dining yet still quieter than the other hotels by the mall. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend

Everything was good. Staff was professional and helpful, explaining much on my first stay there. The room was standard and the bath well equipped with supplies. It's quieter than the other two hotel chains close by, and the breakfast was a plus with protein varieties. I will go back for another stay.
