Our room was beautiful and spotless, the front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the hotel, the wait staff at the restaurant were efficient and friendly. Our experience here was wonderful and we look forward to our next visit.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. When the service staff had not cleaned our room because we put the door tag on too late, the supervisor nonetheless extended herself by getting us fresh towels. It’s a great welcoming experience here.

The outside of this place looked nothing like what Expedia made it look like, however the inside was very cool and clean. Decorated very classy. What made me the most upset was that I did not see any extra charge on the initial Expedia page when booking this hotel for having a dog here. It told me the price I was going to pay and said the hotel was dog friendly. When I got to the hotel and was told there would be an extra $50 fee I explained to the lady that I never saw that on the page and she said that she hasn’t looked at the page in awhile so could not tell me if it says that on it or not. I went to their actual website and it does state that however when booking with Expedia so do not remember seeing anything that stated that an extra fee would be added:(
