We appreciated getting 1st floor when initially told it might not happen. However our room door was partially broken. The dead bolt wouldn't work because it didn't line up to the door jam and the loop lock(?) high on the door was missing parts.

It was Friday at 3pm and very hot outside. There was only one person working the office, and you were not allowed to enter the lobby. We were lined up outside waiting for our turn at the night window.

Close to freeway and stores for simple items. Good family restaurants in walking distance. Hot tub temp perfect.

Need newer, fluffier pillows. Nice to have an arm chair & reading lamp. Used the frig for keeping drinks cold.
