Mixed Experience with Great Potential I recently stayed at Beyfin and overall, my experience was positive, albeit with a notable hiccup. The hotel boasts a great location, offering a lovely view and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. However, an issue with the breakfast service left a significant blemish on an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotel failed to communicate that breakfast on Sundays is served only until 10 AM. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this timing upon check-in. When I inquired about having breakfast at 10 AM, I was met with a firm "NO" from the staff, which I found to be quite unprofessional. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing, especially considering that my suite was supposed to include breakfast. As a result, I had to seek breakfast outside the hotel, which was an inconvenience and not in line with the expectations set by the accommodation. Despite this setback, the hotel itself is commendable. The property offers a great ambiance and a beautiful view, adding to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was also noteworthy and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the hotel has many positive attributes, the issue with the breakfast service detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit. I hope that the hotel management addresses this concern to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.
