Great birthday pad

A small group of us stayed here for my husband's bday and had a great stay. The kitchen and space is a highlight, the view by the pool is lovely and Yadi is a wonderful caretaker for us. We had some issues but Matias was quick to respond and the issues were resolved pretty promptly. The Cevicheria down the hill is a great spot and the stay in Santa Teresa was wonderful!

Spring break in Santa Teresa

We went to Santa Teresa for my daughter's 16 birthday. This house and the staff were truly amazing. The home itself is beautiful and immaculate. The setting is so serene yet close to everything. The house manager was fantastic, so helpful and readily available for any questions we had. The road up to the house is a bit daunting but short and doable. We rented quads to get around. We truly enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and hope to go back again sometime.

Great experience

Went for Spring Break and had a wonderful time- Santa Teresa Beach is like no other. Very close to beach, highly recommend getting ATVs to get around. Property is exactly as shown in photos. We had one issue which was resolved quickly and professionally. House and property were kept spotless. Would suggest having more towels available to guests for beach and bathrooms, more linens overall (blankets, etc), but overall great. Taxis: our host (Mati) arranged taxis for us from Tambor- the driver to the house was fine, the return was less than ideal- no functioning seatbelts, car was not in great shape, driver took unnecessary risks- especially with children in car. Would suggest arranging own transit- upgrade if with children. Not for the faint of heart. overall- amazing!

Great location

We really loved the convenience and location of the rental! We did have problems with the air conditioning units. They were quick to respond to request, but were unable to make the necessary repairs. The units were loud at night and didn’t function properly. Other than that place was a fantastic stay.

Best trip ever

The place looks even bigger and nicer in person. The location is perfect. Our host mati was great, he was easy to contact and responded quickly. He talked to our cab driver and gave them directions to the house, as well as getting us situated with atv’s. The place was cleaned everyday when it was most convenient for us. The sunsets from the house overlooking the tree canopy and out to the ocean was unbelievable. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I went back to Santa Teresa.

Great Family Trip

Really nice location, very convenience close from beach , restaurants and commercial area but also got your own privacy and security. We were a party of 14 including children, teens and adults and had a great time together. Looking forward to come back. Only issue was wi fi but it was a general issue on the public infrastructure affecting all most of the area. Yadira who is in charge of the housekeeping services of the Villa was a very helpfull and friendly.

Perfection in Santa Teresa!

Our group of 5 couples loved everything about this property!! The location is amazing... right in the middle of everything that the area has to offer! Raquel, our concierge was excellent with recommendations and checking in via text. The caretakers; Santi and Bea were excellent and so kind. The cleaning staff was there daily and did a great job. We even had a nighttime guard, who was so kind and kept us all feeling safe 10/10! The setup of this home is so thoughtful. All couples had privacy in a gorgeous and modern setting, while the group spaces and indoor/outdoor setup of the kitchen to deck areas was just perfect. Beware that the hill to the property is pretty rough and rocky. We had 4x4 vehicles, and definitely needed them. The only tiny complaint from our group of was how flat the pillows were... but the Tempurpedic mattresses on the beds helped to make up for it. We absolutely loved our stay at Casana and its proximity to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Do not hesitate... book now! Reccos: -Breakfast: The Bakery, El Carmen, Vermu, Earth Cafe ... and all the Açaí bowls in town. -Dinner: Satori, Katana, Manzu, El Facon, Kooks -Ceviche: La Cevicheria -Lunch: Cafe Vermu, La Glida, El Carmen -Fun Cocktails: Drift, Manzu, Banana Beach -To do: Fishing with a guide, surfing, yoga, zipline at Canopy Malpais, local massage, great shops.

Perfecta!

Alojamiento perfecto! Se encuentra muy cerca de la calle principal y de la playa pero a la vez cuentas con una gran privacidad. He estado en casas similares en Santa Teresa que al estar muy arriba en la colina se convierte en una odisea llegar a ella y aquí puedes ir caminando a cualquier sitio. La casa como se ve en las fotos es preciosa y está equipada hasta el último detalle. El equipo a cargo de la vivienda se preocupan en todo momento que estes bien y no falte de nada. En conclusión la casa lo tiene todo: diseño, tranquilidad, privacidad y sobre todo una localización perfecta para moverte por los lugares de interés de Santa Teresa.
