Colwin's Place Condo # 4 sleeps 2 guests and a baby

Nestled in a beautiful garden is Colwin's Place Condo # 4. The Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining table/office table, and free Wi-Fi and is located less than a 15-30 minute bicycle ride from the beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed and a crib with all sleeping up to three (3) guests. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper; the nightly rate for each extra guest is $15.00. This condo is a home away from home with a beautiful gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture seating eight (8) guests and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just a meeting and greeting.

From the gazebo & lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea/coffee and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. BOOK NOW!

At the time of booking Condo # 4, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 4. Hosts may allow guests to contact Vrbo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$15.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Vrbo.com and the host may ask Vrbo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests.

Colwin's Place welcomes Short/Midterm Guests, Business Guests, and Digital Nomads (Digital Nomads are guests who, with the help of technology, work from anywhere in the world) and Colwin's Place offers stays for up to twelve (12) months and a 23% discount on monthly condo rates.

Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly for guests who book a stay at Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons, Colwin's Place may assist provided guests give Colwin's Place several months (3-6 months) notice.

Colwin's Place's in-house Guest Guide Book has many great tips guests may use to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable on the island and in the condo.

Colwin's Place Condo # 4 has one queen bed that sleeps two (2) guests and a baby crib that sleeps a baby one-year-old or less (guests must book each baby item in advance and pay a damage deposit of $100.00 to use each baby item which includes: the baby tub, baby crib, baby changing mat, and baby high chair. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper and the rate for each extra guest is $15.00 per guest per night. The maximum number of guests, including a baby one year old or less, that condo # 4 sleeps, is five (5).

GUESTS DO NOT PAY EXORBITANT NIGHTLY RATES TO STAY IN CONDOS ON THE BEACH. BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 4 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (MUCH LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS PER NIGHT) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE BICYCLES FOR A FEW MINUTES BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS.

GUESTS ARE FREE TO USE THE BBQ GRILL, BUT GUESTS MUST CLEAN THE BBQ GRILL AFTER USE OR PAY A BBQ GRILL CLEANING FEE OF $75.00.

GUESTS MUST CLOSE ALL KITCHEN DRAINS, BATHROOM VANITY SINK DRAINS, AND BATHTUB DRAINS WHEN GUESTS ARE NOT USING THEM WHEN GUESTS ARE LEAVING THE CONDO, AND DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT.

COLWIN'S PLACE ALLOWS GUESTS TO CHECK OUT LATE UP TO FIVE HOURS AFTER THE REGULAR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11:00 A.M. OR CHECK IN EARLY UP TO FIVE HOURS BEFORE THE REGULAR CHECKIN TIME OF 3:00 P.M. UNLESS NO GUESTS ARE CHECKING IN OR CHECKING OUT THAT SAME DAY. THE LATE CHECKOUT FEE IS $100.00 AND THE EARLY CHECKIN FEE IS $100.00.

COLWIN'S PLACE HAS FOUR (4) BICYCLES FOR GUESTS TO USE FREE OF CHARGE, BUT GUESTS MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE TO USE THE BICYCLES AND PAY UPON CHECKIN A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $100.00 TO USE EACH BICYCLE.

If you are a beachgoer, Colwin's Place condos are outfitted with FREE TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in that cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze the gazebo and the lanai are the places to be, but if you just want a sun tan, the lanai is the best place to be for a sun tan; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.

Guests at Colwin's Place are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea/coffee or their favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook their eclectic or local cuisine.
