The view was amazing. Beautiful sun rises can be enjoyed from the condo. Right on the beach for the kids to play. It was clean and the host was kind enough to provide all the required stuff for all the beach activities. The communication was spot on. We even received directions to make sure we will not have tough time with the GPS.

Amazing view and great location

The location of the property is right in the middle of the downtown area within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Nothing better than having the beach right in the backyard and waking up to such amazing views of the sunrise. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The host was great at providing instructions and made our check-in & out process seamless. This is definitely a gem of a location.

VRBO made it easy to book and we had an amazing experience at this Cocoa Beach Vacation Rental! It was quaint, clean, within walking distance of many locations we frequent, ocean front, stocked well for a short term tenant, nice amenities, and more

Nice place

The place is nice, the price was reasonable, and the location right by the beach was excellent. We managed to arrive a couple hours early, and Marcia was kind enough to not make us wait around. My kid had a blast at the beach, and we got to see a rocket launch one night which was a cool bonus.

Perfect location

The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet, cozy, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didn’t have great beach weather for our stay but the location was great for walking to nearby bars, restaurants, etc . so we had plenty of things to do. I would definitely stay here again.
