The house is set back from A1A, directly across the street from the ocean. Secure behind a private electric gate, the home boasts a brand-new in-ground pool with an in-pool umbrella for you to enjoy cooling off in the shade. Take a snack/drink break at the pool-side patio table, relax while your family enjoys themselves in the yard and pool, then dry off on the comfy lounge chairs. Returning from a long day at the beach? Rinse off in the heated outside shower, and enjoy a nightcap poolside with tropical-color pool light and soft patio string lights.

The primary bedroom is located at the front of the house with its own en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are in a separate hallway, divided from the primary by the living room, with access to a bigger guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beach accessories (chairs, towels, sand toys, beach cart, umbrella) are available for use, as well as a soft-top surfboard, some short boards, and pool toys. Two adult bicycles with helmets are available for use. A pack-and-play and portable Safety First booster chair are also available.
