This was a great relaxing vacation spot with an ocean view. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Short walk to beach and the heated pool is right next to condo. Highly recommend!

What an amazing vacation destination! We stayed here with our three kids and grandparents had the unit at the end. This was very clean, beautiful view, close to the beach, and has a very responsive and helpful host!Super close to restaurants, grocery and things to do. The pier was great, we also had fun at the dinosaur store and “downtown” cocoa beach. Had a magnificent time and will definitely come back!

Family Vacation 2025

We just loved the location of the property! Cocoa Beach is a great destination vacation. I appreciated the history of Cape Canaveral area being so close to the Space Station which is 13 miles away and I'm pretty sure we heard a rocket launch that last night of vacation which I later verified via internet! Very short walk to the beach might I add and we felt very safe on the property.

Excellent Vacation

I stayed with my wife and 16 year old daughter. The condo location was perfect! Being able to walk to the beach and a few restaurants allowed us to enjoy our time in Cocoa Beach. The pier is excellent and a very short walk. The condo was clean and updated.

Family Vacation

The condo was great for our family vacation. It is well furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was nice and warm, easy access to the beach and the condo was very clean. Communication with the host was easy, pleasant and fast. We would definitely stay here again!

Doesn’t get any better than this!

This location and property is amazing for family. Pool is a perfect temperature and only steps away from the condo. The beach access is nice and secure and located right by the pier. Disney is only an hour away and makes for a perfect day trip. Laundry in unit is very convenient. You are able to see rocket launches from the Kennedy space center and cape Canaveral. Loved this location and will be back!

Nice Condo. Great beach access. Good location.

This is a well maintained, clean condo, great for a family with children. The kitchen was supplied with practically everything you might need for cooking including grilling tools for the grills in the pool area. The balcony off of the living room offers a nice ocean view and you are close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The beach access is very convenient, just a short walk through an exclusive gate with a boardwalk. There is a lockbox on the porch with nice beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, toys and even a wagon to pull everything in. The swimming pool area is also very nice. The location is close to good restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was very easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family! The inside was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kids loved having the pool so close! We loved the easy beach access and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Break

The property was very clean, nicely updated, well maintained and well stocked with all the essentials. It has a private beach entrance and a nice pool, lounge area. It’s centrally located to shopping and food destinations so everything is quick and easy to get to, highly recommend!

Everything you need for a beach vacation

Newly remodeled - beautiful condo. Short walk to the beach. And they have just about every possible piece of beach equipment you would need for a small family! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was nice too. Host was VERY responsive - answered questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!
