The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 507 has a King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Great beach view. The rooftop area for sitting and viewing the sunset is fantastic! The host, Zerah, was a pleasure to work with. Only slight negative is the walls are not soundproof enough. Loud noises are easily heard.

Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing from our room (the rooftop view was even better!) and it was so convenient to restaurants and the pier. Such an easy process and Zareh was very nice and answered all questions before and after our stay. Very spacious room with everything that you need. We will definitely be coming back!!! Loved it!

Overall, the condo was decent and matched the description. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing — we had to clean the space ourselves, as there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and debris on the floors. Additionally, the grills were not working, and the area with grilling supplies was inaccessible for the duration of our stay. Other guests mentioned they had notified management, but the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, these issues would likely keep us from staying here again.

Perfect Getaway Apartment

The property was very clean and well maintained, with good towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an unbrella. The oceanfront balcony was a great spot to relax and watch space launches. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable.Check-in and -out was a breeze. There are luggage carriers to bring your supplies up in the elevator, and a keyless entry into the apartment. The owners sent a very detailed email with everything we needed to know about the apartment and our stay.The mechanics of the apartment worked well (a/c, fans, appliances), and the building itself appears to be well maintained. We liked that there was some covered parking, An outdoor covered lobby on the main floor (with television) and the rooftop deck were very pleasant.We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

This place was beautiful and had lots of extra amenities available. Rooftop access is perfect for space launches and watching the sun rise or set. The back patio window was gorgeous for looking out to the ocean. The communication is great and they will keep in touch. They are very responsive. This building is right next to the pier, so it was perfect for grabbing drinks or dinner. The building itself has a pool and a shed with other amenities in it, like corn hole and shuffle board. There’s lots to do!The only thing was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, but when I was looking at reviews before staying, someone had mentioned the same thing and I think the owners were replacing it. We just didn’t get to experience the new couch sadly haha. There are signs of wear and tear, like with the pots/pans and some of the furniture, but this place was perfect for me and my family vacation!

Lovely location, tired sparse furnishings.

Property in great location although multiple nearby restaurants were mediocre, expensive, too touristy. Condo listed to accommodate 6 ppl, living room uncomfortable for our 4 adults. Sofabed couch lumpy with makeshift cushion covers that kept coming off. I was embarrassed to provide such ill-conditioned furniture. We ended up just sitting on the dining room chairs and floor. I had to run ALL the drinkware and plates, and ALL the silverware, most utensils, as they were greasy with crusty food bits. Bedrooms and baths were great.furniture.

Wonderful place and location

We have been staying at Chateau by the Sea for many years. We love it! My only issue was that the Pier was closed due to weather even when sunny and beautiful outside. Whoever is running the pier is doing a poor job. That pier is awesome and for many years, we enjoyed it.

Will Definitely Be Back!

Our stay was just perfect. Kitchen had what it needed to keep food costs down, everything you could want to do outside of beach and pool time was an easy walk or drive, the beach was clean and not overcrowded, the pool was fantastic, and the view from the balcony was worth the price itself. Rooftop view was an extra bonus. I wish the bedrooms were brighter and the beds a bit more comfortable, but in the end it doesn’t matter because the living area was perfect. Property manager touched base via email and I knew we’d be taken care of if needed- but we didn’t need anything! 10/10 would recommend!
