Beautiful clean beach and enjoyed the patio area right off the dunes. It was a great place to watch the night launch from NASA KSC. Condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Wonderful location, peaceful oasis

This was such a nice retreat while I was working remotely and visiting family. I enjoyed walking to see the sunrise and taking breaks to see the ocean throughout the day. It's close to lots of places to get food too and also awesome to see the rocket launches from the space center. I decided to extend my stay one extra day and the hosts were super responsive when I was adjusting the length of stay.

Was very nice, walked to the beach everyday (takes 1 minute). About a quarter of a mile from the pier so it wasn’t very touristy which I love. Everything was either a quick drive or walk away. Everything was great!

Beach adventure.

The location of Richard Arms was perfect. It had close beach access and was so convenient to everything. It was a short drive to Cape Canaveral, restaurants and many activities. We could drive in any directions and find beautiful beaches.
