Heart Strings Ranch- Views of Heart Mountain & Near Horses!

Welcome to Heart Strings Ranch! Nestled on the Eastern flanks of Heart Mountain, this cozy and comfortable home is sunny with lots of windows to enjoy mountain views! The ranch includes horses and wildlife that frequent the area. Close proximity to Cody, Powell, Yellowstone, Red Lodge, skiing, hunting and all outdoor recreation. Horse boarding is also available for people traveling with horses.

Through the covered porch, you find the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials and has a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. The living room has a pull-out sofa sleeper bed, a raised twin bed, and a television to relax after a day of riding and exploring. Bedroom one has a queen bed and has a spectacular view of Heart Mountain through the window above the bed. Bedroom 2 also offers a queen bed. The bathroom is handicap accessible with a roll in shower. For your comfort on warmer days, this home has a portable A/C unit and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Come stay, rest, and rejuvenate your soul in the shadow of Heart Mountain. Heart Strings is available for daily, weekly, monthly or longer periods.

Clean, well-mannered dogs on leashes will be accepted. Sorry we do not allow kitties! This home is dog friendly and has a chain-linked fence out front so dogs can enjoy running and playing in the yard and then cooling off in the shade of the front porch. For days that are cooler, the dogs will have access to a heated saddle room just off the front porch. We ask dogs are not left indoors while out adventuring. In the fenced yard they are safe to be left for the day or for short adventures into town, there is also a large size kennel available for your pooch.

We had a wonderful time at Wanda’s bunkhouse. She is so nice and very flexible. She has horses and a wonderful dog. We spent many days in Yellowstone and enjoyed the beauty and majesty of God’s creation. We would definitely stay again.

Heart Strings Ranch is a wonderful place to stay. It is calm and peaceful. Jim and Wanda could not have been nicer. We loved having the horses and the dogs around. The bunkhouse was very comfortable. The ranch is well located for visiting eastern Yellowstone and many places in the Big Horn Basin.

AMAZING PLACE - 100% REAL WYOMING

Our hosts were beyond AMAZING! The accommodations were 100% Wyoming Ranch Living!! And the Bunk House accommodations were PERFECT!I couldn’t have asked for a better host, their welcoming nature is beyond words and the shared knowledge of the Big Horn Basin and Yellowstone was amazing!We were truly bless to find this great place! Great Location

Very nice little bunkhouse in great rural location about 15 min north of Cody. The space was nicely decorated, the beds very comfortable and the host super nice and accommodating. We brought with us two medium size dogs. The patio and garden area of the bunk house was well fenced, allowing us to leave the dogs outside. Highly recommend!

Excellent ranch experience

The bunkhouse was western homey. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the Keurig coffee machine and the pods. The location is a great hopping off point for Yellowstone and downtown Cody is a short ride away. It was great having horses as neighbors.
