Our trip west

We had a wonderful time and saw alot. There was alot of driving and we had a nice place to stay. For us I would have preferred a little more lighting and a couple of the guests had a hard time when in tub as there were no grab bars and the tub bottoms were a little slippery. The utility co was working in the area and had to shut the power off for a 3 hour window. We worked with property owner who was able to ensure everything was in working order when it came back on. Overall we did have a good time at this property. We even saw the resident deer family on several evenings. Property is very easy to get to from main area, parking was plentiful. Thank you for hosting our family while we were there

Gathering

We had a gathering of 8 very good old friends in Cody and the home was an ideal spot for us! Quiet area just a couple blocks from downtown, which was ideal for strolling, restaurants, & shopping. A 3 minute drive to the museum, which is well worth a prolonged visit. The property & its amenities checked all the boxes. A huge plus were the ample yards, swinging benches & 4 fire pits! Owner was AWESOME, friendly, available for questions, & most accommodating. House fully equipped & we wanted for nothing. Great choice, highly recommend!

Best Place to Stay in Cody

We loved our stay at Yellowstone House of the 3 Bears. Our family (6 adults, 4 small children) found the house clean and well-appointed. The house is located within walking distance of town and is convenient to everything.Communication with our host was professional and timely. Directions were clear and easy to understand. All questions were answered quickly.The bedrooms worked well with 4 small children. The kitchen is large, with great appliances including a full size washer and dryer. As seen in the house photos, deer made regular appearances every day, to the delight of our kids. The outdoor area is very family friendly. Our little ones spent hours on the horse swings in the backyard.We also rented the one bedroom casita in the backyard. While there was plenty of room in the larger house for our family, it was nice to have an area where adults or kids could decompress or entertain themselves separately.I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Cody area.

Strange stay

Owner was intrusive. Grass was quite long when we arrived. We did request it be cut and owner did agree it was long. After it was mowed the sprinkler went off when daughter in law was sitting outside. Return to plant flowers in window boxes for 2 hours and returned other days to water at the window. We were there to spread my father in laws ashes so wanted to spend time with family at the house but felt like we were being watched. We have stayed at several rentals over the years but this felt very off. There are notes all over the rental giving instructions and saying there will be more charges if you don't comply. We washed all the towels and stripped the beds as we always do to ease the cleaning. Will not be staying at this owners rentals again.

Wonderful Home!

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in Cody at this lovely home. We cannot say enough good things about this VRBO. We stayed at at least 5 Rentals on this trip and I can say this is the nicest. Well-stocked, clean, great location and quiet. The host was very prompt in replying to our questions and she’s a very nice person. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Beautiful Historic 4 bedroom 2 bath Home

This house is a charming 4 bedroom home located minutes from downtown Cody. There were many bed options, plus air mattresses to accommodate our group of nine guys. Karen was great to work with from the very start. It had everything we needed. I hope to return with my family next year.

Awesome place and great location!

The house was very clean plenty of room the fire pits out side were a nice touch. The neighborhood deer were entertaining. Also the place is walking distance into downtown. And not far driving to lots of fun activities. It is about a 50 min drive to east Yellowstone entrance but the drive there is beautiful! The kitchen was tight but everything works. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great family rental

Perfect place to stay with family. We had three generations with us and it was so nice to be able to spend time in Cody together. We spent quite a bit of time on the outdoor swing listening to the wind. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The directions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this property (Yellowstone House of the 3 Bears) for 10 days and absolutely LOVED it. We cannot recommend it enough. The property is equipped with all that you need for a family trip to Cody and Yellowstone. There is plenty of room for a large group (we were 9 in total) and the amenities make it very comfortable. Karen was also exceptional. She was attentive, kind, and super helpful as we navigated Cody and beyond. She also provided a great list of things to do, which we did and it was great! The house is walking distance from the Main Street and everything else is very accessible. Thanks for the great stay!

Family Getaway

Property was nice and great location. We had issues with the heat the first few days (we stayed 1st of of Nov), but Karen got that fixed and we were good. She is very responsive and helpful.

Yellowstone House of Three Bears

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was clean, tidy and so cozy. Plenty of towels and washcloths and cooking utensils. Our group loved the neighborhood- it was quiet and peaceful. Hostess had great communication skills and we would love to stay here again should we visit Cody in the future.

4th of July Weekend Wedding

Thank you so much for this adorable rental! We had a wonderful time in Cody and we loved the house. Very cute! Inside there was plenty of room for our party of 9 and the outside seating areas were very pleasant. We grilled burgers one night, it was nice to have the gas grill. Beautiful place!
