We reserved a King and got a Deluxe 2 Queen. The front desk apologize for the error in booking. The room was excellent. The cost of laundry is too expensive.

I sent you a email about the hotel. Absolutely no maid service. I was not notified of the swimming pool being closed until I had registered and was walking away from check in desk. 4 days without a pool . I was upset but the reservation was non refundable. Also when I asked for towels a big deal was made about it . The guy on duty was rude and ignorant. He then shoved A stack of towels at me and stated for me to bring towel towels to laundry. Etc Etc
