Very clean and tidy room. Comfortable beds. Had everything you needed. The rooms along the street front a little noisy with people walking by and traffic, but would definitely stay there again.

Our room worked out well for us with a good amount of space and reasonably comfortable beds. While it is quite dated and in need of a modern makeover, it suited our needs (with the exception of a complete lack of water pressure in the shower).

Great Value for Money

Excellent comfort, friendly service and cleanliness for the price. Don’t expect 5 star accom for a cheap price and you will be very satisfied. Always use this motel when travelling through Coffs

Property is little dated and showing some age signs (I used to stay here in 80s when the water slide was next door and half court tennis on roof) but that is reflected in the cheaper price. The ageing amenity is more than compensated for by the cleanliness, and efficiency and professionalism of staff. The housekeeping are to be commended on the room presentations, and the desk managers are very friendly and helpful, and always busy and everpresent, as reflected in the smooth running of the facility. The BBQ is useful for cooking although the area is shared as the smoking/vaping area so plan to eat away from the actual bbq on one of the furthest tables around the pool or in your room. Very comfy beds. Quiet location. Pool is clean, albeit some missing tiles, can sometimes be shared with friendly water dragons. Close to major shopping mall (4 minute walk). Overall highly recommended for comfort and price in a budget price bracket.

In a great location. Walking distance to shops and food. Rooms have everything you need but are very dated, especially the bathroom and room smelt musty.
