Inside the home on the main level, the living and dining areas form an open-plan space that leads onto a leafy front yard with a patio, outdoor dining table and a BBQ-perfect for alfresco meals.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, breakfast bar as well as a Breville Bambino coffee machine so you can wake up and make a great cup! The living room has a large TV and comfortable seating.
Brunswick Beach Club is a split-level home with the living area on the main ground level and the 3 comfortable bedrooms are up the stairs to the middle and top level.
The main bedroom is very spacious and has a king bed and large TV, as well as an ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen bed and split king bed. The split king bedroom is configured as 2 singles but can be combined to form a king bed on request. There is a family bathroom in close proximity to bedrooms 2 and 3.
