We arrived after checkin and were sent a text with our room number and lockbox with our key inside. Happy when we opened the door to the room. Enormous and very comfortable bed, air con. We left early and popped the key back in the lockbox. What a great simple easy system. Will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at many times at deferent apartments evey time. They have been desent, but this time it felt like a very neclected apartment. What made it worse is that I decided to pay more for an executive room, anly to find a few upgrades but lots of neclect.

This is not the first time i have stayed at this resort it is excellent in many ways. Great value for monry. Great facilities, quiet, secore and professional, friendly staff.

The property was extremely 'tired' and crying out for a refurbishment. I have stayed in this resort previously and have never had such a poor accommodation. You would think in this day and age sweating the asset to this extent is not common. I cannot recall any indication that this was an unrenovated room otherwise I would not have booked it. For the premium price of circa $373, i expected a property in substantially better condition. What a rip off!! i can get premium quality 5 star brand hotel rooms for $100 less than this. Warning to other travellers- check the property condition with the booking agent before you book to avoid disappointment.
