Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage “University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia” Ah33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer: the University, the Botanical Garden , the Machado de Castro National Museum, the SĂ© Velha and the Alta de Coimbra are right next door.

Ah33-Studios are integrated in a century-old house, completely remodeled in early 2016, full of architectural details, with high plaster ceilings, wooden elements, stone stonework, tiles and colorful walls to imitate. marble.

Each bright studio has a living room, bedroom with a private bathroom with wooden floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and crockery.

Great stay in Coimbra

Eduardo was amazing and super helpful with finding parking on the street (on a soccer game night between Portugal-Scotland) 😬 Apartment was great (we had an issue with hot plate that did not work but we used microwave instead) and well situated. We will come back to Coimbra one day!

Vraiment trĂšs bien et ce Ă  tout point de vues!

Un trĂšs bel accueil de la part de Louisa. L’app Est beau, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. On nous a fourni des pommes, du cafĂ©, du lait, du jus, des yogourts, des confitures et du pain frais (a notre porte directement). Il y a du stationnement en face de la maison et les attractions touristiques sont tiut prĂšs, facile d’accĂšs Ă  pied. Merci Louisa!

The location is outstanding! across from the Botanical Gardens and the Roman Aquaducts which when followed 2 -3 blocks takes you to the Universtity campus which is extraordinary in architecture and the view. On the otherside of A33 is another wonderful large city park.The substantial healthy breakfasts (included fresh fruit!) were most welcome during 2 days of rain, and the first apartment on my journey to provide milk with my coffee! I wish I could have eaten the eggs, Eduardo, but the hot plate instructions were not in English. The fresh bread every morning was a big treat. Papa restaurant around the corner very good with view of the Ducts. The shower very good, bed comfortable but the pillows were too thin. I definitely recommend this place.

A cute, traditional apartment near Coimbra University

We had a great stay in beautiful city of Coimbra. The apartment is nicely renovated with a functional kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with an AC. It’s small but well organized. Two of us could stay comfortably. We appreciate that the owner provided us with continental breakfast in the fridge and freshly baked bread on the door every morning. It was in a great location, very close (on foot) to a tranquil botanical garden, historical buildings at university and Machado museum. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful apartment in the center of all of the action!

Well appointed and comfortable apartment adjacent to the university, botanical gardens and other sites. Easy access and lovely to find breakfast foods for our consumption in the galley. Strongly recommend the apartment and loved Coimbra!

Close to sights, great hosts!

Our hosts gave us great information and we were thrilled to find some basic groceries when we arrived, and fresh bead hanging on our door every morning. There was also an excellent restaurant next door - "Papa's".

Comfortable and Charming Stay

We loved this clean and comfortable apartment so close to the sights of Coimbra. It was such a bonus to have breakfast provided, especially the fresh buns delivered each morning. Eduardo was extremely helpful and accommodating. One of our favourite stays in Portugal!

Lovely stay in Coimbra

We had a lovely stay in this 2-room suite near the university and beautiful botanical garden through which we walked to and from the downtown area. Check-in was easy, and we were delighted to find a fridge stocked with juice, eggs, salami, butter, jam with fresh bread delivered to our door every morning. Our host was charming and helpful, with good communication in English throughout. Quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants close by; we particularly enjoyed a good meal at Papa right next door, with a great view of Coimbra's Roman aqueduct. Would stay again.

Wonderful!

Eduardo is a very accommodating and gracious host and the apartment is in a very nice area in Coimbra, very close to the university and the botanical garden. The rooms are very much like a university dorm, but comfortable and well equipped given the setup. We would visit again for certain!

Awesome breakfast and fresh bread delivered daily!

Terrific location to explore Coimbra and all the wonderful sights! Excellent communication with the host - very well appointed room - very clean. We would stay again but I would request a room in the back as the front side is on a fairly busy road. Otherwise just a lovely apartment!

Truly a five star stay in the center of old Coimbra!

Edourda knows how to take care of his visitors. The location is great in the center of the old Coimbra next to the university and the city center, with many places of interest and restaurants in walking distance. Edouardo had fresh bread hanging on the doorknob every morning, homemade jams and fresh eggs and cheeses in the fridge. All this, as well as the coffee and fresh fruit, were replenished when needed without asking. The bed was made and the sheets were replaced mid-week. The place was very clean and for a small fee they would wash your clothes. One of the best VRBO places we have seen!

Ideal location in Coïmbra, walking distance of the main Tourist attractions. Great service at the location, every morning fresh warm bread (if you are up at eight😉). Home made jams, fresh fruit! friendly staff! Only be aware that Coïmbra has hills, so level differences, but there are great taxi services! Lots to do!

Very nice couple. Clean nice apartment. Near the university.

Better then expected. Only down side is students are a little noisy on the street, but if you close the windows and shutters it not bad. I would return in a minute. My favorite Portuguese town
