Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay in this 200 m² property within an urbanisation, ideal for families and groups. Located 3 km from the centre of Coín, you'll have supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities very close by, and in less than 30 minutes you'll be in Fuengirola, Marbella or at golf courses such as Alhaurín Golf (8 km) and Lauro Golf (15 km).

Private swimming pool, fenced plot and 150 m² terrace with shaded and sunny areas.

4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. One with a king-size bed, two others with double beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds.

3 bathrooms are available, one en suite with a bathtub and two other bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor).

Air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, as well as electric heating and fans.

Wi-Fi, TV, parking within the property and balcony. It is worth noting that parking is easy on the street of the accommodation.

Security system with alarm (kept disconnected during the traveller's stay).

Independent induction kitchen fully equipped: fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cookware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Note that there is no microwave.

Washing machine and iron for long stays.



The location is practical for combining countryside and coast: Barranco Blanco (7 km), Aquamijas (22 km), Fuengirola beaches (24 km) and quick connections with Málaga and its airport. Quiet area, designed for resting and enjoying with family.
