Holiday villa with jacuzzi

Enjoy with family this rural villa located in the quiet urbanisation of Sierra Gorda, Coín, with capacity for 10 people. The main house offers a cosy and familiar atmosphere with a swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the price, and a barbecue area perfect for unforgettable moments surrounded by loved ones. Additionally, it has a recreation basement equipped with a video game machine, pool table, indoor ping-pong, stick and table football, ideal for entertainment for all ages. Remember that to respect neighbourly rest, the recreation area must be used between 9:00 and 21:00.



The villa is distributed over two floors, with clear views of the Guadalhorce Valley and an excellent solar orientation. Its terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the views. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped to prepare your meals with comfort. The living-dining room is spacious and has a smart TV to relax after a day of exploration or rest.



The bedrooms are designed for family comfort: a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or groups.



The villa has free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.



Its location is perfect for exploring both nature and local culture. Less than 10 minutes by car from the centre of Coín, you will have access to restaurants, leisure, supermarkets and a shopping centre with cinemas. You will also be able to visit iconic places such as Caminito del Rey, Barranco Blanco or Refugio de Juanar, located less than 30 minutes away. In addition, the urbanisation offers paddle tennis courts, children's parks and walking areas to enjoy with family.

This house had everything someone would need for a great vacation. Everything was clean and working properly. Also location was great, few restaurants and a shop at walking distance and great supermarket 4 minutes away with car. Malaga and Marbella are both about 30 minutes away.We had an excellent stay and would come back to this house.

Pleasant stay in a villa with great outdoor infrastructure !

We had a great time with friends in this pleasant villa. The outdoor facilities are perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi worked very well and didn't disappoint. The games room is also a real plus for fun. The location is pleasant because the villa is in a quiet area and most tourist attractions are no more than 30 minutes away. The interior isn't very large for 10 people, but as the weather is always fine, we didn't spend much time inside.

This house had everything someone would need for a great vacation. Everything was clean and working properly. Also location was great, few restaurants and a shop at walking distance and great supermarket 4 minutes away with car. Malaga and Marbella are both about 30 minutes away. We had an excellent stay and would come back to this house. Sleeping pillows could have been a bit better but that's also down to personal preference in most cases.

Nothing short of perfection!!!

We had the most wonderful experience at this property, as our flight landed in the morning we got in touch with the office and asked if we could check in early. The office contacted the owner and they obliged so we were in the property at 1:30 pm and not 3 o’clock which was fantastic.!! The property was immaculate. It certainly has everything you need inside and outside. Lovely barbecue area lovely chillout area on the first floor with the most spectacular views you will ever see with a sunset to match all others. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the sunsets were and I will never forget that view. It’s peaceful and quiet with lots of shops and the supermarkets around as well as some lovely restaurants., plenty of things to do. We had a small leak in the dishwasher and they had a maintenance person out within 20 minutes and it was fixed immediately. That’s what I call great service. I would like to thank the owner for an amazing stay at the property.

The villa is perfect! It has everything that a familygroup of friends could want. It is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the outside space is amazing with incredible views! A car would be recommended because it is about 30 minutes away from Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella but we used Ubers for our day trips and transfers to/from the airport. This worked out quite expensive for us. There are a couple of food shops about 4 mins walk down a steep hill, (1 min drive), so if you are walking be prepared to carry your shopping all the way back up! The owner visited the villa once while we were there to check the pool but we didn't think there was any need for this. It is easy to contact the owner if there are any issues but there was no communication in English. One thing we could not work out was where to store our rubbish, as we could not find any outdoor bins. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa and would love to return to it one day.

Nous avions quelques collations dans le frigo en arrivant , très sympa Climatisation dans chaque chambre et salon également , barrière de sécurité entre la terrasse et les escaliers qui mènent à la piscine piscine très belle et clean , coin barbecue bien aménagé ! super agréable !!

Ik ben erg te spreken over mijn verblijf in deze villa, de afwerking en interieur van dit huis is erg netjes en modern. De ligging is geweldig, dichtbij allerlei benodigde faciliteiten.Wij waren hier met in totaal 10 personen, op verzoek is er ook een bedje voor de baby geregeld.Ik heb de personeel ontmoet, erg vriendelijk en ik denk erover na om in de toekomst weer eens te boeken. Mijn ouders en de andere gezinsleden hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad in dit huis. Dank je wel!
