A BBQ grill is also available on the deck for outdoor dining. Guests also enjoy direct access to West Canada Creek by crossing the small inlet in front of the home or walking across the island nearby.

EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS

A simple rental agreement and ID verification are required prior to check-in.

You may also choose to purchase an optional non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party provider. The damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $1.50 per additional night after 10 nights.

We use a secure and user-friendly platform called Happy Guest to make everything seamless. No app download or account setup is required. Your guest portal includes property details, local recommendations, and optional stay enhancements.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule and same-day bookings. Requests can be submitted through the Happy Guest portal and are subject to approval.

Exterior security cameras are used for guest check-in verification.
Please ensure your reservation includes the correct number of guests and pets (maximum of 2 pets allowed).
HOUSE SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies as mid-stay replenishment is not provided for stays over 3 days.

Streaming service logins are not provided.

FIRE PIT
Firewood and fire-starting supplies are not included but may be purchased prior to arrival through the Happy Guest portal.
The fire pit cover must remain on when not in use.
Fires should never be left unattended or burning overnight.
