Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The property was poorly maintained and lacked cleanliness throughout. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and at times rude, which made the stay even more unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
This property is not worth the rate. It's dirty from the lobby to the rooms. Shower didn't work, roaches, dirty floors, dirty tub, dirty refrigerator, dirty elevator, only one set of towels & washclothes per person (regardless of how long you stay). The only plus is the location!
Added amazing time. We had so much fun that we ended up. Extending outstage another week. John The manager and Stacy the overnight front counter person personal. Her was great Stacy. The overnight young lady was awesome. And then they saw a room which was clean at onen. It's housed that you're comfortable and secure awesome title. I'm tired recommend anyone.
I would like the washer to be replaced or audit I try to use it and they were not working for a credit card payment and also for staff to audit paper work I had to sign paperwork again for the day staff and was force because of her miscommunication she explained with night staff
