Opted in for late checkout (1pm). Cleaning staff tried numerous times to come into the room. Starting at 9am, and even did walk into the room, while I was still sleeping. Once I checked out, they tried telling me, that they were going to “charge” me a fee due to using towels.

The room quality was about as bad as super 8! Disgusting carpets, the cabinets, the tv handwriting carved onto the screen. The only redeeming quality was that the bathroom was actually immaculately clean and spaces. We had upgraded to a suite pre check-in. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. But would never stay here again. Rooms are more feat house quality. At least ours was.

Blessani for check ins and Gabriela for check out have been so very nice and polite, I've stayed here multiple times for work and will look forward to seeing them at my future stays. This location is also very quiet which is nice for needing down time after chaotic work schedules.
